Understanding our pricing
One-time Setup Fee
Covers professional data migration, unit mapping, street configuration, and executive onboarding. We do the heavy lifting.
Monthly Platform Fee
Base fee of ₦40,000 covers hosting, security, updates, and support. Additional units charged at decreasing rates.
No Transaction Fees
We don't take a cut of dues collected. Paystack's standard 1.5% applies. Funds go directly to your estate account.

Common questions
How do you define a 'Unit'?
A unit is any billable residence. Each standalone house = 1 unit. Each flat in an apartment block = 1 unit. A building with 10 flats = 10 units.
What if we have messy existing records?
That's exactly why the setup fee exists. Our team will clean your data, format it, and import it correctly. We handle the migration.
Do executives need technical skills?
Not at all. Setup includes hands-on training for your Chairman, Secretary, and Treasurer. We designed the platform for simplicity.
When am I billed?
Monthly in advance via card or bank transfer. Annual plans available with 10% discount. Setup fee is one-time upfront.
Can we cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel with 30 days notice. We'll export your data at no extra charge.
What payment methods do residents use?
Card, bank transfer, USSD, and bank branches via Paystack. Residents pay however is convenient for them.
